Plot Summary:
In this animated short, Daffy acts as a fast-talking talent agent determined to promote a young performer named Sleepy Lagoon to a skeptical talent scout, Porky. Throughout the cartoon, Daffy energetically demonstrates the supposed talents of the quiet youngster, putting on elaborate performances and exaggerated routines in an effort to impress Porky and secure a show business opportunity. Meanwhile, the boy himself sits casually on a couch licking a large sucker and shows little interest in the audition taking place around him.
